Do I need an appointment to visit the yard?
No appointment is necessary during regular business hours. Walk-ins are always welcome. However, if you are looking for a specific species, dimension, or quantity, it helps to email us in advance so we can pull boards and have them ready for you to inspect when you arrive.
How quickly will I hear back after emailing?
We respond to all inquiries within one business day, usually faster. If you email on a weekday morning, you can typically expect a response by the afternoon. Saturday emails are answered by Monday.
Can I bring lumber to sell without an appointment?
Yes, you can bring lumber to our yard during business hours. Our team will inspect it on the spot, identify species and grade, and make you a fair offer. For larger quantities (over 1,000 board feet), we recommend emailing first so we can allocate yard space.
Do you deliver outside of New Orleans?
Absolutely. We deliver across the Gulf South — Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and East Texas. Delivery fees vary by distance and load size. Include your delivery address in your inquiry and we will quote delivery alongside the material cost.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For commercial accounts with regular purchasing, we offer net-30 terms upon credit approval. Contact us to set up a business account.
